good but more then just vaccines

This was a great book and very informative. I will say it's a bit redundant in places about healthy eating and the like but overall it's got great information.

Clarification and reassurance

I like the book discuss more about vaccines. It discuss about pregnancy, birth, foods, and children in their teenage age and more. I wish I read this book during my pregnancy. I would definitely done things differently during my pregnancy and childbirth. Definitely recommend.
