Wait to purchase until .pfd is available

This is a very quick and enjoyable listen with some good ideas BUT most tenets about this plan are not available because the accompanying stretching images, recipes, shopping lists are not available when you buy the audiobook. I emailed audibles but haven't received notice that the pdf is available. You will need the .pdf to make use and actually know the recipes for this plan.

A great read/listen!

For all those wondering where the PDF they keep referring to is, you can access it on the Audible website under My Books. That's where I found it!
This is a great, short, read. It breaks down the science of the human body in ways that aren't too complicated or hard to understand. As for the recipes and stretches, I can't comment on them yet as I have yet to try any, but I am very inspired and can't wait!

huh??

No pdf as stated in the book. How much broth and how often do we drink it? Lots to learn but I found I had to listen carefully as they seem to jump around a bit.

Great Info

I found the book through Laura's youtube channel then I also decided to buy the audio. I highly recommend both as well as her Youtube channel. So many great tips for those who want to take charge of their lives by eating healthier, exercising and fueling their body the correct way.

I love most of the recipes in this book!

Lots of good info in this book, not sure if I'm sold on those stretches, but I have not tried them yet, so I guess I cant say they dont work😏. Easy to prep recipes and flavorful too! My favorite is the almond bread , chicken and beef bone broth. I've made them multiple times now. However I use my instapot for the broth. I need to try my slow cooker one of these days to compare the process and taste! I use this book almost every week for either a recipe or to get inspiration on what to prepare for the week❤❤👍

The book is great aside from audible not giving you the recipes in a PDF so you still have to buy the book elsewhere.
