This is an awesome read!! I read Southern Lawyer so I was excited to get to this one. The characters come together from book 1. I loved the story line & the narration. Highly recommended!

I like the characters and the cases seem realistic. The court scenes feel like being on the jury and getting new information that may change your mind. Not quite Grisham but very good.

Great book series for lawyers if you like courtroom dramas
The narrator is excellent and gives life to the different characters’ voices. I’m a lawyer, and I really enjoy this series for the courtroom aspect and the setting of South Carolina (since I don’t know a lot about the place).

Narration is supreme!
You need a good story to make an enjoyable book, and this one is. But to make an enjoyable audiobook, the narrator makes it happen. Bradford Hastings and his voice for each character made The Southern Criminal come alive. Can’t wait to listen to the third in the series.
