I was expecting more than what’s contained in this book. I assumed he would tell you why west side barbell methods worked so well for him. Instead he offers that he and his coach changed it. That it works better his way. The weight cutting was a standard mma, wrestling water cut. If I misunderstood the audiobook as it was playing I recommend adding a PDF to help people through your steps.
