This is a must-read!

This book was sinister on so many levels, and it was difficult having to put down the couple of times that I had to. Emma and Ethan are so focused on their own problems that they aren't quite paying attention to their own children. Allowing a brand new neighbor; Fiona, much like themselves, to watch their youngest, Rose, during the week to save money was wild. Their oldest, Dylan, who is fairly responsible, is the first to notice something's not right about Fiona. The entire family, since earlier in childhood, noticed something wasn't right about Rose but chose to ignore their instincts. Now, spending most of her summer days with a psychopathic neighbor, Rose's true nature starts to show itself more and more, as she aids Fiona in exacting her revenge on those behind sending her to jail. Two psychopaths in one neighborhood. What could possibly go wrong?

I couldn’t stop listening and when I did I was looking forward to the next time I could sit down and listen. Such a thrilling page turner!

I love this book!!!! I have read all of Mark Edwards books and this is now one of my favorites! I love the story and the character progression, and there's also a lot of funny moments! This book kept me engaged from the beginning to the very end. I didn't want it to be over! Nicholas and Imogen were also phenomenal narrators!!

Was great. Very engaging. Didn’t see that coming. Good voices actors too. I especially liked the way the lady changed her voice with the different emotions

This book was amazing on all levels. narration was exceptional and the story was so very good. I couldn't stop listening ...totally drew me in and I loved every minute. I did not expect the ending at all. I will be reading more by this author ....I have not read his books before and I can't wait to start another and another of his work.
I know everyone has their own taste in storylines but I don't know how anyone would not like this book.

Meh. Not realistic at all.

When I heard the 3rd person on the list’s reason I was sort of done. Totally unbelievable.

It’s a lot!

I kind of felt like I shouldn’t be listening to this book. It had some really weird evil stuff going on in it. I can’t imagine dreaming this stuff up in my head and putting it into a book. It was a bit too much for me, however, I did finish it, and it did draw me in about halfway through the book.

Boy did this drag

Not many likable characters. Seemed to go on forever. Narration was good. If I were reading this instead, I’m not sure I’d have finished it.

Creepy, clever, and totally addictive!

Mark Edwards delivers another chilling psychological thriller with The Psychopath Next Door. The tension builds beautifully, the characters feel real, and the twists hit hard. I couldn’t stop reading—definitely a five-star thrill ride!

Ending over the top

There was not enough buildup to match the ending. A slightly different ending might’ve been more satisfying. Love Imogen Church she can narrate a dictionary.
