Never ending plot twists!

Such a great listen, finished in two days. Characters development, twists and turns, scandal, murder… has a bit of everything!

Detailed descriptions of the characters

I liked the descriptions of the house, wealth, party, etc. it kept me guessing until the very end.

Slow to start

This was a slow to start title with almost too much information in the last few chapters. The narrator was very "breathy" almost to the point of distraction. Overall, OK but not very realistic. Left the listener hanging on several points throughout.

Complex Characters and Easter Egg Details!

I’ve read several books where the cast of characters were one too many killing the story. NOT THE CASE HERE! Each character offers such a rich and complex picture for developing the story, motivations? And the interactions between each other. I also enjoyed all the tidbits or Easter egg details that are used to tie up the ending of a perfectly horrific criminal plot!!

This narrator is not good

It took me a long time to get into the story, but I didn’t really care for it even though I listened my way through, but it was a struggle. The narrator had this voice that was dramatic the whole way through and just over the top. I would not recommend this.
