Then she finds a stack of letters hidden under the floorboards detailing a life eerily similar to her own. They're addressed to her: 'To the next woman.'

Perfect narraration, gripling story

i loved everything about this listen! the story grips you from the first chapter - couldn't stop listening!

How a person could completely control another.

I found it hard to believe she was held captive for so long and didn't kill him in his sleep

Great descriptive writing however, gross misuse of God’s word. If you have not accurately interpreted the Bible , I would not read this.

Wow! I was putting this book off.. I'm so glad I decided to listen to it. I was hooked from beginning to very end. I absolutely loved it!

Solid story

A little different than the usual thriller. It was good! I feel happy about the impulse purchase.
