Great series only getting better !
I love both books! This second book was a lot better and am happy they cut out the robot voice for the skills, I would of still given it 5 stars but am happy all the same. Great characters and can’t wait to see what happens next!

Tame for a cultivation XianXia
Characters are enjoyable enough but the whole world is too tame compared to regualar Xianxias. Too much grinding and not enough interesting fights against other cultivators. Almost boring but its good enough for me to continue since I don't have an alternative to listen to.

Awesome Book 2
I thoroughly enjoyed the second installation of this series. I thought the narration was much better without the robotic emphasis of skills that made me laugh in the first book. Way to go!

soo much better.
It was an excellent story with well thought out character progression.
But anyone who listened to the first book will know this, The narrator didn't use a robot voice for all skill names and descriptions in this book. So, no breaking the story immersion.
