C. Mantis
With Matt, Liz, and Aster having finished the Path of Ascension, it's time for them to enter the war along side Light and Shadow to see if they can not only stem the tide but turn it.
Ascenders are known to do the impossible but its never so easy as it sounds.
Don't miss Book 10 of this action-packed fantasy adventure that blends everything you love about LitRPG with Xianxia.
About the series: This is a mix between LitRPG and Xianxia. It's like a car that looks like a LitRPG with dungeons and skills, but the interior and engine are all Xianxia. It features a magic system and progression system that are logically and internally consistent, as well as realistic fight scenes and a rational MC.

Told that guy there was another book.

Hopefully C. Mantis never ends this series and it just keeps going like a good soap opera, because with all the theory crafting done in this world it would just be a waste to end.
The War has started.

Loved this book

However, the things that make me like the books are character progression and interactions. The war felt repetitive, one good detailed arc and then the ice mist fortress arc would have been enough... but it was like 16 hours of this book... the really fun stuff was rushed in to the last few hours of the book, making me hope the next book focus on those parts. Matt's rift making or guild creation are what I want more details on but feel years away ... the wars just ehh could care less.
Even knowing about other characters perspectives is allot better than the boring centuries long war...
War details seemed endless
