Publisher's summary

Shadowvale isn’t your typical small town America. The sun never shines, the gates decide who enters, magic abounds, and every resident bears some kind of curse.

Werewolf Virginia "Ginny" French's curse means no one can remember her. Not even for as long as it takes to ring up her groceries or make her favorite iced coffee. And being that forgettable has turned her life into an incredibly lonely existence. So much so, she's thinking about doing something really wild just to entertain herself.

Werewolf Ezekiel "Easy" Grayle loved his life until he got struck by lightning and lost control of his shifting abilities. It’s led to some uncomfortable situations - and the decision to move to a town where the unpredictable is acceptable.

He didn’t realize just how acceptable until he catches his hot but maybe-crazy neighbor sneaking out of his pool in a barely-there bikini. He’s too busy unpacking to pursue her, but when she comes knocking, all bets are off.

Can a forgettable woman ever find love or is her curse too much for even the most determined man to overcome?

Not to be forgotten

This book gave me all the feels when I read it. Listening to it though bought all those feelings back and compounded them. The narrator does and amazing job of absolutely bringing all those feelings alive even more. What Ginny and Easy go through together is equal amounts exciting and tear worthy. Absolutely loved it.

Kristen never fails to deliver

I've listened to almost all of Ms. Painter's books & she has never failed me to have entertaining stories. This story of the Forgettable Ms. French brings more characters and more community and what people will do for each other.

Original curse , bad writer, outdated

The curse of being unforgettable was original. The story was very clean. The idea that a woman would put ignore her job to help a strange man meet his job deadline by unpacking an entire house is outdated. The complete description of every outfit was a weird and distracting.

😑

The story was slow and flat. Ginny and EZ getting to know each other and removing their curses. No/ little interactions with the townspeople. Even her interaction with the sea monster is a ittle borihg.Over and over told she's dealt with this curse for 10 years. I couldn't wait to get this series installment , but I was disappointed.

This series has disappointed

the heroes are self absorbed and not very appealing. I never want her to end up with him

Best of the series, so far!

I am really enjoying this new series from Kristen Painter! She has yet to disappoint me with any of her books! This story is about Ginny French and I feel she has one of the worst curses imaginable, to be a werewolf who is forgotten instantly. Easy is a successful werewolf writer that moved in next door, he has his issues. Once struck by lightning he can not control his shifts. This is my favorite book from the Shadowvale Series and I can’t wait for the next audio book!

loved it!

It was just as entertaining as the previous two books. I love the narrator. it is usually really hard to keep my mind on the subject when it comes to audio books but he does a fantastic job of holding my attention.
