Enriching and enjoyable!

Loved this! Not everyone that has collected this knowledge is as good at presenting it.
He has shared some things that you have heard before and a lot that you haven’t. It was done in such an enjoyable manner that I wished it lasted a little longer. Felt uplifted and inspired.
Loved the life experience,& vulnerability of some of the stories that he shared about his own life.

Actionable Takeaways!

Our 15-person team read The Focus Project for our monthly book club and it did not disappoint. After hearing Equalman at a conference earlier in the year, he followed up with an email and offered to do a 15-min Q&A of The Focus Project after we read his book. It was super cool to get additional insights from the author. This a great read for anyone who feels like they are too busy, yet not as productive as they’d like. Many great takeaways - both for your personal life and at work. I’m listening to the audible version for a 2nd time!

Real life advice on how to focus to achieve more!

I found Erik so relatable. I am a 3-time Olympian and so much of what he recommended rang true in my own life. If you want to be successful, you have to do less to dive deeper (and achieve more)!

I'm currently trying to balance motherhood, professional athletics, and a business career. With so much on my plate, I really value Erik's practical suggestions. He speaks from first-hand experience, which makes his recommendations extremely useful!

Best of all, Erik has a great sense of humor! I am listening to his book on Audible and my highest recommendation...he made a 13-mile solo long run (in the pouring rain + 18.7mph winds) fly by! If that's not a sign of quality, I don't know what is!

Focus, who, me?

Loved the book! Thank you the parts with all “lists” was hard to get thru as they were long, but worth getting through for the rest of the book. So many nuggets of information I wish I had written down. If I was reading it would have had highlights all over the book!

good info, ok book

The information is solid, narration was monotone, and topic drifted in some areas, especially in the chapter on giving.
