Great Performance By Ed
I finished this in about a day or so. It was refreshing to listen to with no sales pitch at all like most other self-help books. Great performance by the author and I will certainly give it another listen. Surprised by the poor reviews I read beforehand, but happy I decided to pull the trigger on it anyways. You would have to be mentally ill to give this listen a bad review honestly.

This book is all about taking action! Ed does a great job at providing tactical support and gentle nudges on reaching the fullest version of yourself. Easily can share the shelf with the classic self-help books available. (It’s honestly much more digestible) Thank you for your contribution Ed!! I’m already seeing improvement in my life after implementation of all your insight. Think I’ll listen one more time! :)
