Below Par

I normally enjoy James Patterson books and short stories very much. These were very disappointing. The plots were quite predictable and" the guilty parties "easily discernible at the beginning of each story.

Enjoyable to listen to

Good way to pass the time in traffic. The stories were easy to get into. Nice, fairly light escapes, good to take one's mind away from the work day. The narration was great, especially the first narrator, Jamie Renell. He had a warm tone, and a great delivery.

Three excellent stories

I often don't have time to get into and finish entire books. This series was three extremely suspenseful books that were short enough to get into and enjoy with my wife in the time we traveled on holiday.

This is a Three Short Stories Novel

I thought this was a complete novel about a family lawyer. Was very disappointed to learn the book had 3 short stories. I was not interested in the other 2 stories. Can I exchange this book for another that is a complete novel?

Angry Story Reader

The Narrator sounded Angry throughout the stories; that reduced my enjoyment of the listening experience.

Not as expected

I love the writings of James Patterson and look forward to new publications. This one was very dissappointing with the storyline and the narrator. It took me awhile to force myself to listen to more than the 1st chapter. The more I listened the more I disliked it. Where is the former James Patterson? Collaborating with other writers is fine, but these new renderings are less Patterson. I'm feeling his name is on the authoriship to sell the book.

Fun and worth the listen

Enjoyed all three stories, especially the first one. It could start a series. All entertaining in a nice format.
