Publisher's summary

No matter what it is you wish to become a master of - business, art, love and relationships, education, athletics, the stock market, public speaking, using computers, etc. - you can follow the Eastern Path to achieve levels of mastery you never before thought possible. Unlike quick-fix schemes to instant success, the greatest success comes not from obsessively pursuing short-term goals, but from living fully in the present and dedicating yourself to a never-ending path of mastery.

In this program you'll discover how to:

  • Feel and utilize the incredible energy fields of "Chi" - the life force.
  • Accept the role of the beginner and surrender your proficiency in order to move to the next level.
  • Learn to love time spent in practice.
  • Discover 5 keys to mastery.
  • Alternative ways of seeing, a new sense of balance in your body and your life.
  • Alternative ways of seeing, a new sense of balance in your body and your life.
  • Alternative ways of seeing, a new sense of balance in your body and your life.
  • Overcome the pitfalls on the road to mastery and stay with your practice.
  • Aikido exercises that will help you center your concentration & energize yourself.

Whether you want to improve your golf game or build a business empire, whether you want to be a better salesperson or better parent, learn the piano or another language - the same mastery principles apply when you follow the Eastern Path. Along the way, you'll find that nothing can match the joy of learning new skills, of tapping unrealized potential and developing and refining your talents on your lifelong journey.

Lots of empty air

lots of empty air in the last couple chapters. lots of exercise that can't be done driving all exercises require a partner. this was a waste of a credit.
