An interesting Listen

I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook.
Instead of a chapter a day I would just let it play, and there were plenty of interesting tidbits here and there.

If you are looking for a story this is not your jive, however, if you're looking for something to stimulate your mind as you work/play this is perfect.

What a gift!!

Listened as much as I had time each morning . I can’t wait to hear his other books.

Wonderful book of Stoicism

This book worked as an introduction to all things Stoicism and a glimpse into the minds of the top "Stoics" by quoting their best work.

I like how it's laid out like a daily reference. To read a chapter a day I presume is the proper format - to get in your daily Marcus Aurelius quote with explanation. Although, I listened straight through for maybe a week, taking notes of quotes along the way. Now I will begin again, soaking the lost pieces up. Great book. Solid life lessons for any age!
