Fantastic book from Admiral McRaven! Short and digestible chapters with a simple (but not easy) take home message. The lessons in this book can apply to any person in any industry in a leadership role.

Every Senior executive needs to listen to this

These words of wisdom is for every man, woman, student and executive. Words to live by words to strive for, to just get it done. 
The admiral inspires A person to do the right thing.
I look forward to more of his books that he writes in 2025.

Very Enjoyable Listen

It was great to listen to this book with Admiral McRaven's own narration. He has a great speaking voice, and his personal stories and experiences were that much more memorable with his voice. A quick read, but as the subtitle suggests, wisdom made simple, but not easy. Highly recommended.

Outstanding resource for any leader

This is a must for anyone in a leadership role. If you're looking to inspire and lead this will give you the tools you need. Loved every chapter.

Another excellent book by the Admiral

A lot of great stories in here. Glad I purchased the audiobook. However, I do wish there was more content.

A reading necessity on leadership

This is a must read on the essentials of leadership. It should be read by all college students and those who wish to lead and certainly by ALL politicians.

Exceptional advice

Admiral, Mcraven clearly, articulates leadership lessons through stories, of real world experiences. I can’t think of a leader ship book I’ve read in the
last 20 years it was more enjoyable, packed with more advice and information necessary to lead people.
