It definitely has a lot of great information in it but needs to be updated to the current way of the bypass. Also hearing about bariatricpal.com 6 million times gets to be annoying.

This book is great! I only wish I had found it earlier in my journey. I am almost one year out from surgery and still learned a lot. Highly, highly recommend! Good luck to everyone on this amazing journey!

Excellent and thorough!

A very thorough, step by step guide to RNY surgery. Helpful tips for ALL phases of your WLS journey.

Very Thorough

Book has some good information but the format is just not right. It’s a little to dry, and sounds as scientific research which is just very difficult to follow. Very long Overview of each section, and a lot of information in the beginning which has nothing to do with the topic ( like other ways to loose weight). May be it’s better in book format where u can skip chapters, but in audio it’s very disappointing.

Not engaging and puts me to sleep

This book is unorganized. It is repetitive and constantly refers back to other chapters that offers very little information.
