Very easy to understand and the recipes make life as a sleever so much easier. I enjoyed a few recipes already. If you're struggling you definitely need this book. I m planning on getting a few for Christmas for a friend.

Love the many tips in this book! Recipes are easy to follow and each recipe lists the basic nutritional values I track. Love it!!

How can I get hard copy of recipes?
I like this book. It is informative and helpful. However, most of the book is a series of recipes. Can I print these? That would be very helpful. Is there a website? Thx
