Helped me from a panic attack

Sometimes I will be sitting there and out of nowhere I get this creeping sensation of anxiety and when I listen to this by the end of the video I’m calm, present and relaxed. Thank you

Just what I needed

Sometimes it is not possible to change your circumstances for the time being, but it is possible to change how you perceive and process what is going on around you. This meditation was well done and convincing of that with the perfect, rhythmic background music and narration to match the content.
