Just what I needed

Sometimes it is not possible to change your circumstances for the time being, but it is possible to change how you perceive and process what is going on around you. This meditation was well done and convincing of that with the perfect, rhythmic background music and narration to match the content.

SO RELAXING MMMMMMHMMMM

The narrator was awesome she took a very, very, stressed week and made it melt away.
