When his friend convinces him to try out the game, his father’s fame interferes, culminating in a heat-of-the-moment bet—If Eli can surpass Makaroth in the game, he’ll delete his character. Eli accepts, determined to show the world just how useless a guy his father truly is.
Makaroth isn’t threatened. His son knows nothing about the game and is 6 months behind. But he’ll soon learn how ambitious a spiteful person can be.
Experience the beginning of this new, action-filled LitRPG, set in a fleshed-out, realistic VRMMORPG setting, with unique skills and an intelligent, motivated Healer MC with a chip on his shoulder! Perfect for fans of Solo Leveling, Awaken Online, and Ripple System.
What to expect:
- Weak-to-Strong Healing MC who uses strategy to overcome odds
- Unique skills and mechanics that put a fresh twist on LitRPG progression
- Exciting combat between deadly monsters and ruthless, wannabe-famous players
- An unforgiving world where actions have consequences. The players respawn, but the NPCs don’t
- Crafting, Kingdom building... It’s even got a dungeon that time-loops!

Enjoyable take on VR MMo trope

The game described in this book is one I would love to play myself given the opportunity. It reminds me in some ways of the days of my youth spend playing Ultima Online, where the freedom to create your character however you wanted was a core part of the game.
The stakes are sufficiently high to keep the story interested, even when it's set in a VR environment. The main character uses his smarts to solve the obstacles set before him in an interesting way, and is for the most part a likeable person. The surrounding characters play well of his way of approaching the game.
I really enjoy the premise of the book as well, with the MCs motivations and his development feeling reasonable and realistic.
Looking forward to the next book in the series!
