Love this BOOK! I'm working through my layers!
This has been an amazing journey. When you start to think about how the stories of our past shape who we are today you can see that with simple shifts of living in the BRAVE vs the WHOLE can change that path. The author uses her honest and very personal story to walk you through and I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.
