Do you have questions about where you are in your relationship? Should you stay? Should you go? Are you gearing up for the next phase? Or is it time for closure? If you’ve asked yourself any of those questions, this book is for you!

In Zo Williams’ new book, The Relationship Dismount, he will teach you how to identify the attitudes and behaviors that have been holding you back from being your best or your happiest self. He will help you figure out what is worth keeping, what we need to stop doing, and what we need to begin doing to have a healthy relationship. Zo will demonstrate to you how to effectively end the relationship without causing irrevocable damage to yourself or your partner. In this book, you will learn that wisely executed relationship dismounts build strong foundations for future relationships.

Zo Williams is a self-published author, certified relationship specialist, television, and radio personality. A student of world religions, he is a passionate and opinionated dynamo, who offers revolutionary thoughts about the breakdown of social systems and institutions and how they impact human relations within the urban/alternative community. Dubbed as “Tupac meets Deepak”, or the “The Hip Hop Dr. Phil”, Zo lends a unique perspective to the relationship coaching world. Currently, Zo is the host of two shows, The #ZoWhat? Morning Show, which is under the DashRadio network and The Voice of Reason (formerly on Jamie Foxx’s Foxxhole/Sirius XM) can now be heard on DashTalk Radio on DashRadio.com.

I expected this to be a book about toxic relationships based on the title. However, this is more about dismounting or re-booting any relationship that one may decide is or no longer worth pursuing. As such, I found this book very informative and thought provoking in ways that no other book ever made me think. Questions at the end of the each chapter were well thought out and provided a good starting point for some self analysis. Narration is impeccable and although this is a relatively short book, it is well written and easy to follow and understand the concepts presented without all the psychobabble and theoretical definitions. Simple, to the point, with examples and options to take the analysis as deep or as shallow as one prefers it. I definitely reccomend this book. Even if you decide not to work too deep into your own self analysis, you may still find some valuable information to think about and apply in your own relationships.

Excellent short read

This was and overall good book, not what I expected. I didn't expect as many personal stories that the author experienced, but I enjoyed it

This book has me looking at myself in a different light. I now see that all the problems I have is because I helped co-create them.

A Life Changer
