Really useful and practical advice on how to communicate with others in a work environment. I'll definitely listen to this again.

How to speak in all aspects of life

This book is good and I will use this information in my work and personal life

Very basic info - logical thinkers will get very little from this

If you already think logically, know how to summarize issues and communicate what you need in a work environment then there is very little use here. For lower level employees that have trouble knowing how to think about problems, summarize them and ask for help then it would be useful.

Great and concise, as expected by the title

Definitely one I want to listen to several times to really make the processes second nature. Easy read. Already recommended to many people. Short but worth every penny.

Chris Fenning’s book is very applicable to the daily conversation. If you struggle starting conversations, this book will give you a framework on how to do so elegantly and objectively. Communication is one of the most important skills a person needs to know, and this simple and quick reading does the job very well.
