Amazing Read!!!

This book spoke to me in all parts and I was able to retain everything. He broke down communication in ways I never imagined nor words that I even heard of. While reading, I noticed just about everyone that I know lacks communication thinking about conversations that I've tried to have with others. I am excited to utilize these skills in my everyday life and following these steps make it much easier for me.

i learned a lot. he can really connect well and it was well explained. i was just hoping to learn more but as the book title mentioned, it is what it is. 4 essentials. so its fine. want to read more book/audio that would give more insight than this. maybe i need more..
