Real words to get the best from others and yourself!

In a world that is becoming more Wizard of Oz like as our time and ability to engage with others well in real time diminishes!
This book is bang on perfect!
It’s for conversations in person or over the phone with others considering buying or selling a home. The only thing that could be better is to have my brain reprogrammed with an ASIC that allowed my self to remain quiet while replacing some of my words to form questions and sentences. Using Phil Jones, Chris Smith and Jimmy Mackin’s well researched and practiced dialogue words will lead you to a productive and useful outcome by leaving the all sides in better shape to take action and make decisions with their properties.

Read Chris Smith’s other titles as well. Excellent book for any real estate professional, no matter how long in the industry I find myself using this book to help communicate in all aspects of my life.

A crash course on how to handle objections like a PRO!

As a realtor just under 2 years, I have engulfed myself in many tactical and informative pieces of information to help guide the process with buyers and sellers. This book literally provides a NO B.S. guide on how to win more clients and make your value much more meaningful to not just your potential clients, but your team as well. The greatest part, it all comes together in the same amount of time it takes to watch a movie. Thank you for this GEM!

This is great for what to say.

What I really like is they give the website for you to download the scripts. I also like how they changed things just a bit when you use the scripts so it flows better. You will have to listen or read to find out for your self. I really liked learning these scripts, and now to go use them!

Applicable, useful, no fluff

A great audiobook to throw on in the car between appointments or while on the go. Teaches great responses to objections, deep questions to allow you to get beneath the outer layer of conversation and overall a very useful book that you can put on quickly to change your speaking to a way that resonates with your prospective clients.
