kudos to author!!

David has written a lot of helpful tips in this book--not only on how to focus and incorporate a healthy habit into your daily life but on how to ensure a healthy mindset and unbreakable discipline. I've ways been procrastinating ever since I can remember and it's a habit I had a hard time breaking. But upon listening David's thoughts regarding it, I realized, it can be changed. I like the representation and how the book was masterfully orchestrated into its wholeness.

Great book! I really love this book in which the author not only presented a theory but also instructs important steps to achieve self-discipline. It is definitely a significant component of success. I listened a lot of self-help books so far. This book is one of the best ones. Self-discipline can be a complicated topic. This book explains this phenomenon and gave some excellent sample to the listeners. Highly recommend!

Fantastic work

This book is actually what i needed at this point in time and i am so happy to read it.Self-discipline is more specifically about your ability to control your desires and impulses in an attempt to stay focused on what needs to get done to successfully achieve that goal. Now i have seen effective ways to build a new habit and work on my daily routine as well.This guide book is written about the science of self discipline, through this acknowledging book teaching you will be able to learn the tactics of gaining will power mental toughness and self control and after having all these you will be able to achieve your life goals easily. The book also gave me tips that can help me in diagnosing discipline drainers, how to get use to discomfort, and how to create a disciplined environment for myself. Well written and interesting

This book is well worth your time. Some of the things David mentions could, without a doubt, help you transform your life. What he writes about are not just "nice ideas" or even based on his own experience or the experiences of his clients. His ideas are based on scientific studies, which he explains in a way that we all can understand. All chapters are clear and provide ideas that can be put to practice. It's a great primer on the subject but even if you have read books on the subject before this is a useful resource because it systematizes the fundamental concepts and ideas. Recommended
