i have tried a few hypnosis cd's including paul mckenna, but i have to say this is the most positive i have ever tried, i have been listening to it every night before bed for the past week and i have lost 5lbs without feeling hungry....i was struggling very much to keep to a calorie controlled diet before using this audio book,now it is the easiest diet i have ever been on, my mind is re training to not crave high calorie foods, and the fact it appears automatic is sheer genius! well worth the purchase price!!!

Its hard to review a hypnosis audio ...but I chose this one as it has an English accent and I get SO fed up of twangy Americans at bed time on audible. Its brief, no watery sounds and I was asleep very quickly so didn't hear most consciously to reflect on the words at the time. But i can say they were very repetitive. RELAX being the main one! In the morning I listened again and just managed to stay more alert. So it definitely relaxes me at least. The elements of weight loss are TINY, but this doesn't mean it won't help. I'm using it as an aid to a fat loss diet more mindful eating etc.
