The hypnotic language and suggestions create a trance-like state, similar to a daydream or deep meditation - times when you've experienced increased focus and concentration, like when you are reading, or watching a good movie, or staring at an open fire or a stunning landscape.
What disappointed you about Sleep Soundly - For a Better Night's Sleep?
It sounds like the guy is on speed, frantic voice, so far removed from calm and sleep, I cannot understand why he made cd.
Would you ever listen to anything by Christian Baker again?
Would you be willing to try another one of Christian Baker’s performances?
What character would you cut from Sleep Soundly - For a Better Night's Sleep?
Any additional comments?
No, I hated it, very sorry I bought it, my own fault did not listen to sample
I had to check my settings several times as the voice over on this is really fast and very irritating when you are trying to relax. It wound up so much i had to turn it off. Not very effective at all. Ive had other hypnotherapy downloads since which were much better!
This is the second of Christian Baker's audio books that I have bought, and another one that works! I listen to this tape at night and I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times that I have actually been awake to hear it right through.
Before buying Christian's audio books I had serious doubts as to how effective they could be, but these certainly work for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending this book, the only thing you can lose is a sleepless night and who needs those?
