This is one of a series of hypnosis audios presented by Dr. Janet Hall called:"How To Get Sensational Results With Dr. Janet Hall’s Hypnosis".
Dr. Janet Hall is a Clinical Psychologist, hypnotherapist, author, speaker and media consultant. Dr. Jan authored eight books on family and relationships and recorded over 50 audios, many of them including hypnotic material. She founded Richmond Hill Psychology in Melbourne, Australia.
The best thing about Dr. Hall is her lovely accent. Besides that, this audiobook does nothing to help you to "sleep deeply every night". She sounds like she set up a tape recorder at her desk and recorded this audiobook while she was doing other things. At one point early on in the recording, you can hear shuffling papers, which is very distracting. There is also a point while she's counting down backwards from ten to zero - I think it's around "2" - where she sighs so loudly that it gave me a little heart attack. So much for relaxation. She sighs several times during the audiobook, which makes it sound like she's completely bored. I think I will try counting sheep.

I have purchased a few books by this author and all of them are bad. Her voice though nice at first starts to get distracting then annoying, especially in this book. I do believe the others are right half the time it did sound as if she was falling asleep her self the other half she was messing with papers. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! THIS IS JUST AWEFUL!!!!!
