Publisher's Summary

It isn't easy being a guy today. Maybe it never has been easy, but today the challenges to guys who want to be holy, who want to honor God with their minds and bodies, seem tougher than ever. You live at a time and in a culture that seems given over to sex. It is all around you, and you can hardly avoid its lure. Everywhere you go today, you are faced with temptations and, if you are like most young men, have begun to give in to them. Perhaps you have only just begun looking at pornography or perhaps you've been doing so for many years. Perhaps you are struggling with masturbation, not really wanting to indulge yourself but finding that it's a whole lot tougher to quit than you would have thought. Perhaps you are finding that, more than ever, sex is filling your mind and impacting your heart.

This audiobooklet is intended specifically for young men - those who are not yet married but who hope to be married in the future. Maybe you are still single or maybe you have found the woman of your dreams and are close to settling down and building a life with her. Maybe she still seems a long way off. No matter your situation, this short guide will help you to discover God's plan for sex and sexuality. It will help you track down the lies you have believed about sex and help you replace them with truth that comes straight from God - the one who created sex for us.

Challenging and Encouraging

I'm sure there are some small things that are wrong with this book, as well as any other book. However, this book was encouraging to dive into and it was challenging. Tim seems to not beat around the bush, but he also is wise in how he words his content.
Sex, porn and masterbation are words that a lot of people consider taboo, and therefore get talked about either briefly or not at all. Tim does a great job exposing these issues and helping the reader have a good understanding of what sexual sin is, and what God intended sex to be.
As a bible college graduate and seminarian I would highly recommend this book.

Must read/listen for men

Every man, especially if christian, should at least read and think about this topic! We indeed live in a time where an access to porn is not a problem even for a very little boy and it's not OK.

Great Book

Fantastic book. Short enough to listen to over and over. It does not mix words at all and is gospel based.

For Christian fanatics only

Would you try another book from Tim Challies and/or Tim Challies?

NO WAY.

Any additional comments?

This is a religious book for convincing you that sex is a sin. That's it. There is nothing more. If you are already a true believer, and true Christian, you already know that. If you don't believe in God or any religion, this book is NOT for you.
