But that's not really the point of being a man and it's not the purpose for which men were made.

I found Brant on his podcast and had to read this book. Had a hard time putting it down. Such a plethora of information. I think this book is for everyone. Real life.. not unrelatable text book stuff
I've listened to Brant since he first started on Air 1 in the morning show many many years ago. This book has real life stories, examples and thought processes that make and reflection and application easy.
