I am a long time fan of audio books which can help you to start your day on a positive note or keep you on track throughout the day. I have listened to most of what's available and found Susan Jeffers to my personal gold standard or benchmark so to speak.
This is not a recording of someone reading a list of affirmations which I have found to be common. This is narrated by the author and as she moves through each positive message you can feel that the words are genuine and come from the heart.
It is a challenge to truly do it justice but would truly encourage anybody looking among the many choices to give this a try.
