violent story right while you are falling asleep!

this was great and very relaxing right until the story about some guy gwtting held up at gunpoint and being in the or for 18 hours. woke me up with a start. horrible and traumatizing. what are these people thinking??

Amazing

I struggle with insomnia and have never really found a solution. this shuts my brain down and has me asleep in no time. perserverance needed as it takes a bit longer to work the first few times. i am a bit hooked and love how relaxed it makes me feel. deff feel more energetic the next day compared to not using.
