In this short and happy hypnosis audiobook, Positive Attitude, Positive Life Staiger calmly and peacefully walks the listener through step-by-step breathing exercises and other relaxation techniques in an attempt to revitalizing the recipient toward becoming a more optimistic person and to start seeing more glasses as actually being half full. This will most likely put you in a better mood if it doesn’t put you to restful sleep first.
If you are used to professionally produced hypnotherapy recordings like those by Paul McKenna or Glenn Harrold, or if you understand the structure of language and how to put someone into trance, you will be disappointed with this recording by Maggie Staiger.
The recording is low quality, the script is poor, and the voice production is not particularly skilled.
