Do You Have "no friends"? Are you tired of not having any friends and being lonely all the time staying in with nothing to do and feeling left out, jealous, and envious as to why you can't have that same thing other people have....
Making friends should be a breeze in the park, right? Wrong! It's not, unless you guys have been friends since the beginning of preschool and have been inseparable throughout school years....
As an adult, it's harder to make friends, let alone keep them, or perhaps all your former friends drifted apart. Many of us are obsessed with work or occupied with family. Simply put, we don't have the time for friends, yet have the need for friends.
We can't stay away for long without needing human contacts, whether that is a friend or family member. Eventually that feeling of loneliness will creep in causing depression, lack of purpose, and even mental sickness affecting our physical well-being.
Everybody needs friends to survive and be happy!
We all want friends, whether we admit it or not, or think we're okay with being alone. It's a basic human need.

This audiobook, has practical and easy to follow tips on making friends. The author seems to be someone who knows how to make friends, influence people, and how to become part of an online community.
I’ve have learned some useful information on how to construct conversations, especially since I have difficulty starting conversations with people I do not know. It gives you a basic framework that is useful enough to boost conversational skills, as well as some specific techniques to do so. The author stated to change your mindset when walking in a room, seeing people as potential friends and not strangers, which was something I believe to be very important and never thought of when making friends.
Nice book and it is helpful to those who find making friends difficult. This book also teaches how to gain more friends and know how to keep them. There are easy ways and tips to develop your social skills and I find it really helpful especially in business.
