Talk to me

This book will help a generation of introverts that seem they can't talk to anyone. Talking involves trust and practice. And when a person gets both that is when the healing starts. Mental health is very important especially after CO because people have alot of feelings that they can't process correctly. Please give this book a look if you are struggling.

Do you need to come out of your self shell?

Allow me a moment to say that I found myself wondering why the chapters are not right. Heck, I thought wait, did the chapter info not match up. I thought it had to be for a reason, so I kept listening. It continued, but it didn't matter. I went almost completely throught the entire audiobook, then decided to reach out, but again it doesn't matter. I am still going to do the review. So with that digression...

If you answered yes to the headline above, then get this book. It will have you building your confidence right away. You should see how early teachings are likely the underlying factor to your life successes and unfortunately, failures. But, as the author implies, every setback in life is another opportunity to rise up, and be better. What some say are failures, are victories to others.

You can most assuredly rise from very, very dark places and blossom. You may slip and fall back, but find othercs who will help you see the light. Ellen provides ways to seek social media help, and the suggestions to join a local community group or creating of your own, in chapter seven or eight, might be for you, Nothing wrong in admitting we all need to get others to help us find our center. Be of the mindset to motivate yourself, not isolate.

Time heals and directs better thoughts and understanding. Be patient with yourself and others. As brodcaster Lester Holt says, "Please Take Care Of Yourself And Each Other". If we all fully get that, surely it can and should lead to a better life. Go forth when you are ready.
