While I have encountered a few hypnotherapy audio programs that were better, this one is pretty good, and unique in that there is both a male, and a female voice speaking to you, often at the same time.
Given the price, you do get quite a bang for your buck, with a number of different sessions covering various situations.
My one complaint is that they try to bring you down just a little too quickly for my liking. But I suppose that is why the first track is a practice session.
Overall, though, there are far worse hypnotherapy programs you could buy.

I wouldn't recommend anything from Audible. If you can't deliver acceptable (even by the lowest possible standards) audio then why even be in the business of selling audio?
