Publisher's summary

There's a voice in the universe calling each of us to remember our purpose, our reason for being here now, in this world of impermanence. The voice whispers, shouts, and sings to us that this experience of being in form, in space and time, knowing life and death, has meaning. The voice is that of inspiration, which is within each and every one of us.

The feelings of emptiness; the idea that there must be something more; wondering "Is this all there is?" and trying to determine the meaning of life; this is all evidence of a yearning to reconnect with our soul space. We're aching for our calling to be felt and expressed.

In this groundbreaking audiobook, Dr. Wayne W. Dyer explains how we've chosen to enter this world of particles and form. From our place of origin, in ways that we don't readily comprehend now, we knew what we were coming here to accomplish, and we participated in setting this life process in motion. So why not think this same way? Why put the responsibility or blame on any one or any thing that's not a part of us? On Earth we have the capacity of volition, we can choose, so let's assume that we had the same capacity when we resided in the spiritual realm. We chose our physical body, and we chose the parents we needed for the trip. It doesn't seem too great a stretch to move into the idea that we chose this life in concert with our Source.

Each chapter in this audiobook is filled with specifics for living an inspired life. From a very personal viewpoint, Wayne Dyer offers a blueprint through the world of spirit to inspiration, your ultimate calling.

Love this book. Changed my life

I I read this book 15 years ago and it changed my life and the way I saw God in my life. I felt a real connection to what Dwayne was saying. I just finished reading the book again and wish I could of stayed closer to his teaching I think about how much easier life could’ve been. Looking forward to my next 15 years although this time staying inspired.

Wow

Inspiring. Probably one of the best,if not the best, spiritual audiobooks I've listened to,that rings true to the core. Furthermore it is offered (and you can feel it)by a Genuine Man, with Love. Thank you Mr.Dyer and Audible.

In Spirit

I love Dr Wayne Dyer I'm so glad he came into my life when he did while I was in rehab last Summer. Since then this is the third book that I have read / listen to. The first one I ever picked up was you'll see it when you believe it. If your questioning about reading this book, don't question just do it.

I found Dr Wayne Dyer’s CD by accident years ago and he has never left me since. He changed the way I saw the world and I will never be the same. Thank you Dr. Dyer. You are my inspiration. See you on the other side.

Wrong Title

I really love Dr. Wayne Dyer. Most of the messages I’ve heard from him are inspiring and thoughtful. I did not feel this book did that very much. To me, this book was a lot about Dr. Wayne Dyer and not about inspiration. In terms of the performance, it wasn’t very bad but there were a lot of cuts between sentences so it constantly felt choppy to me. It wasn’t a smooth story. I’m assuming he did this later in life and it might’ve been harder for him to get through a full recording session. Basically, while it was interesting to hear about how Dr. Dyer is inspired, I did not personally feel that this book was titled correctly.

I was expecting more

Sorry. I mean, I like some of the inspirational stories, but I didn’t realize it was going to be so religious. He had a few interesting ideas, but not really worth what I paid. And, the microphone sound quality wasn’t great.

Not My Favourite

I love listening to Wayne Dyer, but this audiobook loses me. It contains a lot of the same information he uses in his "Secrets of the Power of Intention" (which I thought was brilliant)but something is lost here.

Re-cycled

I've been reading Dr. Dwyer's books since the 1970's, beginning with Pulling Your Own Strings. We even share the same alma mater (WSU). His skill at describing complex social interactions in terms at once both understandable and genuine are unparalled. This book, however, seems to be an unsuccessful reach for new material. What results is the same basic concepts repackaged into an ostensibly new format. I wonder if Dr. Dwyer is placing
production over thoughtfulness?
