So far so good. I've not eaten my own body weight in food and I am thinking before I eat. it's only been 3 days but I think it's working

I judged this book to early..

I reviewed this book after my first listen harshly. but during that day I did notice a change in my behaviour. I have been listening to it for a week now and my sugar cravings have almost disappeared. I take it all back this book is wonderful!
