This has changed my life twice
I love his humor and stories...a d I have rediscovered this audiobook now right at the right moment. I have rediscovered my Element several times and now keep pulling away from other work and need this reminder as to why.

Find the proper start
Finding the Element has clarified much for me regarding Myers-briggs and 4 Temperaments, which people are increasingly finding accurate. In addition, identifying and dealing with the distractions while pursuing that is true to oneself sets an efficient course in life.

good enough
if you've never read a self-help book before, this is as good a place as any to start start. if you have, it's just more of the same. I did appreciate the exercise driven approach however the anecdotes seemed to just be there to fill space.
