Absolutely and I have! I love that it's about angels, and Epic love and the edge of your seat excitement!

What other book might you compare Hidden Wings to and why?

When referring to the Epic love story in this book....maybe the Epic love story in Twilight? In both stories each love story had to overcome some major obstacles to be together.

Great story, great performance.

I really liked this book. The story was exciting and the performance was spot on. Susannah Jones did a wonderful job. The only reason I didn't give it a five star rating was because it wasn't a book I couldn't put down. Probably because it was written for a teenage crowd and I am so Not a teenager. I am looking forward to reading/listening to the rest of the series. It is one I would gladly pay full price for.

I would recommend this series to anyone who read Cynthia Hand's angel series. This was a nice read and good narration.

Where does Hidden Wings rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

the main character is so likeable are relatable she makes you want to know her fate/future and I really like the fact that book 2 get right back into the story, in fact it the next line of book 1.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Emma. Kade, can't really find anyone I don't think was done well. I say it that way because there are characters I don't like, but you ain't supposed to like them

What does Susannah Jones bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

she gives each character a personality that might not come across in the written word.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I have laughed out loud several times and I did shed a few tears too.

at just about 7-8 hours these are great for a quick listen in just a few days

Pretty Good!

this is the first book I've tried by this author, I will be buying the next book in the series! I hope the next book answers a bunch of the questions I have.... I've listened to the first chapter already so I'm pretty sure it will!! I WILL SAY I'M EXCITED TO HAVE FOUND A NEW SERIES ABOUT ANGELS & DEMONS!!

Tween Romance Novel without the Adult Scenes

Would you try another book from Cameo Renae and/or Susannah Jones?

This is a series of four books, of which I rotated between reading/listening to the first two, and then read the last 5 chapters of the last book. The beautiful thing about this series is that, if you have kindle unlimited and download the book you get the audiobook to listen to for free! I would not have paid for this book, or the series, individually.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

This is a series and written as a series, just for warning. The four novels tie everything up though.

This is a tween romance novel. The characters do not act mature, the nature and reality of their romance is not mature, and the plot line is not mature- but I also don't think that the audience for this book is anyone over 16 years old. If I was 11-16, this book would be where it is at. Since I have Kindle Unlimited, it does not bother me to download the mp3 and hang out with it while I do dishes or walk my dog. However, if you are not a Kindle Unlimited member and a starry eyed tween (or like those types of books, no judgement), you might want to look at some other romance novels.

Wasn't sure at first.

Started out kinda cheesy, really young . Oh, to be 17 again. But I rode it out and by chapter 3 or 4, was into story. I did enjoy the narrator & story. Will probably continue series.

seems too short for my taste and lacking plot. after reading mortal instruments, I expect a bit more juice to the Nephilim story presented in this book. I will continue to read the series because let's face it, once you start reading, you want to know the end. so, I will clean the house while listening to the next book. lol...

Absolutely!! It is one of those stories that you can never grow tired of.

Kade, He has this adorable strong yet sensitive thing about him that is just simply hard to resist.

Emma, She nailed her character perfectly. Both in personality and emotional.

An amazing story of loss and love in a middle of a war that rages between Demons and Angels. Emma will soon discover who she is...
