Great start to the series
I read the ebook a while back and enjoyed the story. I thought it well-written and when the Audible version became available, I added it to my extensive collection. I won't go into detail about the plot as many others have reviewed it and the summary gives the basic storyline.
I thought the narrator did a very good job. I could easily distinguish the different characters, and the men didn't sound feminine. Not all secondary character's voices were equally pleasing to hear, but on the whole, I enjoyed listening to this title. I also bought and enjoyed the next Audible title in the series.

Worst narration
This was a fairly good story ruined by terrible narration. She uses vocal fry to differentiate between characters, especially males which is annoying and grating to hear over and over. There are too many mispronunciations to list which should have been caught and corrected. I really hope there’s a better reader for the next books.
