replace Scott Brick

He really has the personality of well...a brick. The guy from the Kilo 5 books does a much better job giving each character personality and a voice, while Brick is very monotone.

I enjoyed blue team and the ferrots.

I wish in the upcoming Halo games we see more gamma company working with the Spartan two's and fours. And the forerunner A.I Intrepid eye on stopping Cortana.

Fewer drama parts which is a good thing.

Good story only negative for me is the drama thrown in here and there. Fortunately the ap has a fast forward button so these parts can be skipped.

One of my Favorite Halo Books after Ghost of Onyx

Over the last year I have burned through most of the Halo books, and loving most every one. The Flood, Envoy and Hunters in the Dark being the weakest so far. This book continues from the events of Last Light and follows the inspector and her black ops Gamma Spartan III team, and has Blue Team with Fred, Kelly and Linda tagging along. The character development and relationships between them seemed a lot more fleshed out and relatable, and the overall story was great with an intense focus on science fiction, and not the fantasy aspects that seem more prevalent in Halo's story since Halo 5.

replace Scott Brick please

Bring back Euan Morton please. The story was great but Scott makes it very hard to listen too with his monotone voice. He has gotten better but still cannot compare to Euan performance in the halo Kilo 5 trilogy.

Pretty Neat

Halo Last Light was my favorite Halo book, and this is a damn good sequel to that story! Vivid detail and imaginative storytelling. However, I did get lost at some portions of the story. 2 to be exact. One part was a little too detailed and just got lost in a description of a setting and the other I felt was meant to be vague and I got caught up with later in the story. I wish the story were longer too. Overall, a great read!

Good read

Excellent addition to Halo cannon. Very interesting use of characters. The AI working behind the scenes is interesting. Hope it carries over into further books and games.

another good addition to the Halo canon

the reader was fairly good and helped build a easy to follow characterisation of the different characters and circumstances.
The story itself was a fantastic new addition to the Halo canon line-up.
It inserted the ferrets and Lopez as interesting and pragmatic characters who've held levels of importance in humanity, hinting at possible more inclusion in future stories or games. And there was a great expansion on the depth of Blue Team as human beings.
The story circumstances were likewise interesting for the future progression of Halo, and I do look forward to seeing what might become of Intrepid Eye and if Osman will become more involved in the games story.

10/10 Vestibules

The number of times vestibule is said did get to me, but once I realized the quality of the word, my mind was at ease.

Scott Brick a great narrator as usual!
