This is a really great story

The earlier books in most series are the best. When the main character is just setting out on their goal but are super weak. Anything can kill them. And they slowly grow their Harem of women fighters. In any story this is my favorite part of the story. In later chapters the author struggles with trying to make it all make sense. And that's where it can all fall apart. The romance was not over the top and felt natural. I liked the narration and it was never over the top with voice actors trying to make noises like in other books I've listened to.

one of my favorite series. Great voices do it justice

Both voices are great. I love the calm male voice for the MC. The female voice for the girls also lands perfectly. Normally I avoid male narrators when there are sex scenes, but this one was not bad. Also heavy sex scenes are in their own chapter with a heart icon.

Very anime-like

Great read. Like most anime, except this MC gets to have relationships with the women in his life. Really looking forward to listening to the rest!

Oh my it’s get weird

Starts out normal then it goes O F F the rails it is so complicated it is good though would recommend

Why did you need to add all that detail about sex

I loved the story then all of a sudden it was a chapter here and there of great detail about having sex that really was frustrating and took away from the story! The book was great without it!
