seriously?

spoiler alert...

why oh why couldn't she simply just stay with Aric? He has done literally nothing to be drug along like this. poor son of a gun... I'm just heartbroken over this and hoping that the ending of these chronicles will sway in his favor. I mean really? evie is pretty stupid. she seriously has such a hard time deciding on who to be with? cmon one guy has been waiting for her for centuries and loved her forever vs. some random dude who lied to her and initially just wanted to outdo his brother? ughhh... well let's see how this story continues on... and this better be a happy ending or im gonna have to off myself.

AWESOME!!!! AWESOME!!!!!

What made the experience of listening to Endless Knight the most enjoyable?

I love the characters, action and imagination.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Evie of course!

What about Emma Galvin’s performance did you like?

I don't think this book could have been performed by any other than Emma. She is a one of a kind!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I was a bit taken back that this book was for young readers. It was a bit steamy in parts that I thought was not suited for young ears. I am so torn between the two guys!!!!

Any additional comments?

Ended with a torn emotions!!!! What a cliff hanger. Can't wait for the next book!!!!!!

Young adult, paranormal, apocalyptic.

If you could sum up Endless Knight: Arcana Chronicles, Book 2 in three words, what would they be?

wonderful, thrill ride

What other book might you compare Endless Knight: Arcana Chronicles, Book 2 to and why?

Darkest Powers series by Kelley Armstrong. There both about young adults finding out they have powers that scare them and coming to terms with them. The youths are running from someone in both series.

Which character – as performed by Emma Galvin – was your favorite?

WOW! I want more!

Fast paced. Surprising. Betrayal. Touching. Steamy. Made me angry and touched my heart all at the same time.
I DISLIKE the ending... Can't believe K.C. left us like that.
The next book can not come out fast enough.

Great follow-up to book 1, Poison Princess!

Any additional comments?

Even though this book slows down the pace a little, Evie learns a lot about herself and her abilities. You see a different side of the game and other Arcana begin to come to light. This is sort of a builder book, but I had no problems getting through the book and staying entertained. Emma Galvin does an amazing job with Evie and I enjoy her narration of the books.

Couldn't put it down

What did you love best about Endless Knight?

I loved how well each character is developed with very unique backgrounds that are revealed to the reader as they are revealed to the lead character Evie. The author did a great job pulling you in to feel the indecision Evie was going through. I found myself reacting to the new knowledge about characters just as Evie had. So it was an emotional ride, and very fun.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Endless Knight?

I really liked when Evie decided that not everyone was "good" or "bad." "Good - Bad - Good." The story gave the characters more than one dimension to their personalities and this author did that very well.

What does Emma Galvin bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Emma is a fantastic narrator. Her different voices for each character were so real I would sometimes forget the story was being read by one person.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me want more!

Good till the last drop

Would you listen to Endless Knight again? Why?

The Narration:
First and foremost Emma Galvin did an amazing job bringing this book to life, I'm literally transported to the world when her voice brings this book to life! I love her accents for each character and I hope she does the narration for the entire series.

The Book:
If you read/listened to Poison Princess and/or are a fan of Kresley Cole's books (i.e. IAD series) as I am, you'll probably enjoy this series and this book. Although I'm not a huge fan of love triangles, specifically ones where both the guys have redeeming qualities and I don't know who she's meant to be with (or who to root for), I have to admit she wrote this book brilliantly. The first half has you feeling one thing and the second completely changes all that. I also like the premise of the Arcana cards, it's something that is unique and unlike the vampire, wolf, other paranormal romances out there right now. Furthermore, it's also a story about a girl who is young and coming into herself and her role in this world. I really like Evie, she's strong and somewhat mature for her age, but at the same time I keep in mind she's only a teenager, so I think it's normal she feels things for two guys.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I love and hate but mostly love both Jackson and Death. They are both complicated characters; brooding, flawed but also handsome and good guys deep down. They're frustratingly difficult (but they have reasons for that) and at the same time when it comes down to it, it because they both just love her.

And she loves them, so which one will she choose?

Which character – as performed by Emma Galvin – was your favorite?

Jackson Deveaux, Emma has the best accent for him. She did such an excellent job capturing his essence. I totally believe that's how he speaks.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, but it actually took me two sittings :)

Any additional comments?

This book is categorized as Y.A. I think some people get confused, from what I'm gathering Young Adult (YA) means: Adult- someone 18 years & older and by Young adult- someone around 18-24 y.o as the targeted demographic. So, I definitely agree this is book is not for teens or children by any means. Which is funny because the main character herself is actually 16 years old so that does throw you for a loop, since there is definitely sexual content in the book.

And as many of the other readers/listeners expressed, I'm frustrated with the cliffhanger ending, as we're left waiting another year to see what happens with Evie, Death, Jackson and the rest of the Arcana. Oh man!!!!!
