could not get into this book at all

I usually like Lexi Blake but thus nook was truly horrible. I would not recommend it.

A definite soap opera!

With so much going on in Storm, things are getting crazy. The sheriff is tired of the way Alvarez is treating his wife, and threatens him enough to make him leave. This quick departure has Dakota pining for the comfort and convenience of her father, and in a bar right next to the handsome and charming senator. With a little drink of the white lightning, where will Dakota end up? It will surprise you! This episode is narrated by Paul Boehmer is a quick listen that makes you crave to see where all those effected by the death of a loved one, the abuse of power and the way a young adult reacts to unexpected events will end up.

Wnough with the whining

I normally love Shayla Black's work. This story is not one of those times. The major focus was on three characters who were particularly unlikable. The whining note in the narrator's voice made bad characters unbearable.
