LOve the book, this version pretty good too
Where does Outlander rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

the accents. it was great hearing the different accents. davina porter did a wonderful job in that regard.

it was a great listen, very engaging, but after reading the book myself, there is that disconnect in my interpretation and the professional reader. inflection, tone... these help shape the story for me, and i thought they were off. my impression is that claire is a force of nature, and the readers voicing of her makes her seem a bit more hesitant. other than that, it was great. LOVE the accents, which is why i bought it in the first place. the reader did a great job with the various accents. will probably buy another.

Time travel, mystery and soulmate meeting
The absolute best narration of any book I've listened to. Every accent is spot on, effortless transition from male to female voices.
The author has a mastery of her craft. History comes alive for Claire and the reader/ listener as she adjusts to life 200 years before her time as a WWII nurse.

Wonderful story, phenomenal reading!
I love Divina! She is a wonderful reader who does a great job on the various accents in this story. Of course, the story is amazingly written and incredibly infixing - definitely hard to stop listening to! Highly recommend for anyone who loves romance, history, and Scottish heroes!
