Sam was so entertaining in this audio version. You felt as though you were on the hike with him with his descriptions and voices. You walk away with a “never give up” attitude.

I lost all track of time!

Fabulous storytelling abilities. I listened to the 1st five hours the first day. Then I decided to stretch the rest out to savor it a little longer, knowing darn well I was going to read the book next, and relisten to the Audible. This is a raw, honest and entertaining story of Sam's life. I loved getting to "know" him better with wee bits of humor tossed in for good measure. I had to reach for the tissues a few times as the story touched my heart and soul. I so enjoyed the inspiring adventure from start to finish of Waypoints.

As I listened throughout this first release night, Sam’s relating his path in his life in an authentic open and honest humanistic manner has given me hope to yet begin again, one step, one day at a time. Humbly inspirational and evocative. Look forward to reading the book with his voice in my soul.
