Publisher's Summary

Elisabeth Nash has spent years dreaming of returning to the small town of Trusty, Colorado, where she spent summers with her favorite aunt. When she inherits her aunt's farmette, she closes her Los Angeles pet bakery and pampering business, sure that life in Trusty will be as peaceful and as welcoming as she remembers. But being an outsider in the close-knit town proves to be very different from the happy summers she remembers from her childhood - and falling for Trusty's hot, wealthy, and sinfully irresistible veterinarian, Ross Braden, sends the rumor mill into a frenzy.

Ross Braden learned long ago that gossip spreads faster than weeds in his small hometown, and Ross loves nothing more than his privacy. For that reason, he doesn't date women who live in Trusty. But that was before blond, beautiful, and refreshingly honest Elisabeth Nash flew into his vet clinic seeking help for her panicked piglet and turned his comfortable life - and his heart - inside out.

Despite rumors about Elisabeth's motives toward her aunt's property, passion brews between Elisabeth and Ross. Every steamy kiss and every sensual touch brings the pair closer together, and when Ross helps Elisabeth try to fit into the town he adores, it makes their bond even stronger. But even Elisabeth's efforts toward reaching the community, and the love she and Ross so desperately believe in, might not be enough for the protective small town to offer them a future.

    "A case of animal attraction..."

This book is a great addition to the Love in Bloom series by Melissa Foster. I love animals so a book about a veterinarian was sure to catch my attention and once it did, I could not stop listening.

Elisabeth is a free spirit who has returned to Trusty to try her hand at running the farm she inherited. She wants to fit into the close knit community but finds it hard to break the stigma of being a "California Girl."

A tiny pig brings Elisabeth to Ross's doorstep and into his well ordered life. Ross is serious about his veterinarian practice and about life in general so when he is seen about town with "Lissa" tongues start wagging! The rumor mill starts grinding but will the community welcome Elisabeth with open arms?

I enjoyed the book and the story is well written and narrated. Ross and Lissa and their menagerie captured my heart and this book is well worth taking the time to listen to.

    "The Most Wonderful Story"

First, I have been looking forward to Ross Braden's story, and Melissa Foster did not disappoint. I love dogs, so I enjoyed all the ones that are in this book. I also really love how Ross is usually so in control. Then, I enjoyed meeting Elisabeth, with an "s". She is such a sweet person, and I like how she preferred the small town life, instead of her life in Hollywood. Together, they are just perfect. I very much loved listening to the book, every day as I went back and forth to work. I think B.J. Harrison is one of the best narrators there is. The way he alters his voice, I can really keep up with who is saying what, and I can just picture it in my head. This is a 5+ book and a 5+ narrator, so that equals a perfect 10.

    "I love Ross and Elisabeth"
Where does Flirting with Love rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It is one of my favorites.

What other book might you compare Flirting with Love to and why?

It is similar to most of Melissa Fosters books but still unique in it's own way.

Which character – as performed by B.J. Harrison – was your favorite?

In this book I would say Ross.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When they had to put the dog down.

    Any additional comments?

    Very good!!!

    "Rumors vs Reality"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, as usual, Melissa made me interested in the characters right away. I was rooting for them throughout the book as they encountered and overcame obstacles.

What other book might you compare Flirting with Love to and why?

This book reminds me Fated for Love. Callie and Elisabeth are both the new girls in town and have to break through the issues that come with being unknown in a town where rumors fly.

What about B.J. Harrison’s performance did you like?

I always enjoy B.J's ability to convey the emotions of the characters!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I did feel a strong emotion during one of the scenes near the end. I don't want to give it away but when Ross was battling with what he thought he saw and what he felt, my heart hurt for him!

"The HOT Vet and Sexy Animal Lover"
If you could sum up Flirting with Love in three words, what would they be?

    Beautiful, Sexy, and Love

What did you like best about this story?

Just how perfectly Ross & Elisabeth fit together

What does B.J. Harrison bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The feelings between the characters are actually felt more through the narration.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, eventhough I wasn't able to.

"Fate & Destiny = Hot Romance"
What made the experience of listening to Flirting with Love the most enjoyable?

BJ Harrison does a superb job of bringing each character to life! He can switch between multiple characters with ease and you always know who is speaking and whose thoughts are being revealed.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Ross Braden was my favorite character. He's a sexy and sweet compassionate man who is smart, funny, family oriented and loyal. I love a man who loves animals - it speaks volumes about his personality! The chemistry and heat was off the page.

    Which scene was your favorite?

Without giving it away, when Ross took Elisabeth into Trusty for dinner and his reasons, knowing what the townsfolks reactions would be.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Love will find you when you least expect it

    Any additional comments?

I'm never disappointed with any of Melissa Foster's books! Add BJ Harrison to the audio book and you're in for a huge treat!

    "Really Enjoyed..."

This story had me hooked. Elizabeth is starting over in a town she remembers from her childhood. But it's a little different this time. It's harder to fit in as an adult. When she needs a vet, the chemistry between her and Ross is instant. Can he change his ways and learn to love and trust someone that lives in the same town? Can she make it work here? A great story to keep you captivated until the very end.

What made the experience of listening to Flirting with Love the most enjoyable?

All of the crazy animals, who don't just love a book with a wild piglet?

Have you listened to any of B.J. Harrison’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I love BJ Harrison to me he is the voice of the Brandon's. He has a deep raspy voice that just makes you think of strong manly men.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I loved it all, Ross is just such a sweetheart and EM you will just love her.

    Any additional comments?

This series just keeps getting better and better with ever book. All these books are standalones with no cliffy :)
