Love Kat & Bones, the narrator, the author's twist (unanticipated and perfect for future stories) and, of course, Chapter 26...

By all means!

What did you like best about this story?

The relationships feel authentic. The sex is very erotic without being ugly or pornographic. True love actually seems to have a real chance of triumphing.

What about Tavia Gilbert’s performance did you like?

She's absolutely amazing!! Truly brings the story to life. And, I think I'm actually falling into major crush with her Crispin voice (awkward!). Everytime I hear him...um, her...say "ki-en", I have a little thrill ;). She quite expert at knowing how to deliver a funny line, which I also love about this series and the Stackhouse series, it's ability to make me laugh out loud every so often.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

This book's storyline is like the cigarette to its writing and narrations orgasm ...(that is if I smoked anymore). Was completely satisfied when the book was finished and ready to order the next one right away. In the past mainly a mystery reader, I'm usually happier with quirky characters, a few bodies, interesting plot twists and just leave out any romance thank you; but I have to say, I'm being converted to this genre with books like this one. I love it when a writer doesn't leave you wishing you'd never picked up the darned book and then spent 20+ hrs with it. This one certainly didn't. Thank you so much Jeniene Frost! You have earned my undying loyalty.... Please keep it up..PJ

Just another great Night Huntress Book!!! WOW

Every book is as good as the previous one!!! The characters are awesome and the scenes...well they are exciting (more ways than one) romantic and humorous!!! I love the narrator...she does an excellent job!!!

Cat and Bones keep you guessing. the story is amazing and I can't wait to dive into what's next

MORE OF THE SAME AWESOME!

In this installment of Cat and Bones' life things get really interesting. Seems there was another vampire in Cat's life before Bones. Worse yet, Mencheres knew it. Cat has alot to face in this book, her prejudices against vampires that she is still carrying around, her fear that Bones really isn't in it for the long run, and her humanity. Frost really outdid herself with this book, you are in for a rollercoaster ride of emotions. I will give this my usual for adults only rating, excellent for the narration, and worth the cash or credit.

It's like a roller-coaster making you scream with frustration, cry with joy and smile that Bones and Cat are together.

The series are worth owning.

My least favorite so far, but still really good.

Yes, it is part of an amazing series.

I didn't like how they retconned Gregor into the story and they killed a few people off that took me by surprise.

Still really good but, I didn't like some of the directors they went with the story.

Cat and Bones are life

This was much angstier than I expected! Still, these two are one of my favorite couples. Their dynamic and chemistry is amazing and makes this series so addictive. On to the next!

Terrific series!

I love writers who balance humor, character development and plot. Frost is brilliant! There really could not be a more skilled narrator. What a combination! I’m reading the series for the second time - and loving it all over again.
